I came here twice while in Ubud, and had a great experience each time! I did a 30 minute foot massage plus 30 minutes back/neck and I came back for a full hour of back/next a few days later. The woman who did the massage was phenomenal, and applied a lot of pressure, just as requested. She even checked in a few times as well. Nice cool cloths and a welcome drink when you come in, plus tea after your treatment. I would come back anytime!

Incredibly helpful staff who will go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic experience. We really enjoyed the view of the rice fields in the back and the tea, refreshing towels, and foot wash with flower pedals were a nice touch. Foot massage had the perfect pressure and Balinese massage was done in a private room. Prices are great too at 110k/hour taxes included. Highly recommended.
Genuine Spa is fantastic! A group of four of us walked in and were immediately welcomed by the friendly staff. The spa was immaculate and smelled wonderful and the prices were very reasonable; it was the perfect environment in which to enjoy some much needed foot massages with a few friends. The staff welcomed us with a few delicious “welcome” drinks, and charmed us with fun, humorous conversation. The massage concluded with cups of lemon grass tea, and many smiles! I highly recommend stopping in to Genuine Spa while visiting Ubud. Enjoy!
Really nice and cheap massage with a good view. If you go around 6pm you can see monkeys outside while having a foot massage. Highly recommend
Got the 1hr foot massage. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Gave us refreshments before and after the massage. Excellent massage. Highly recommend
Felt very spoilt here, have had several massages and none were as good as Genuine Spa. To start I am served with lime water and a cold towel to cool down from the heat. While I drink, they wash my feet in rose petals and with lime. The massages are amazing and very professional and clean. Once finished I am served with a delicious lemon grass tea. All in all I would highly recommend and will be back!
An amazing experience! It's a quite and small place. We got a full body massage and the pressure and massage we just perfect. Very well trained masseuse. The price is quite reasonable. Will definitely come back.
when I stay in ubud cave coffee (cafe) , I just searched a massage. There aren't lots of reviews, but we were happy with massage and waxing. my hubby had a foot massage and I had a brazillian waxing service. especially waxing is great! they use sugar wax. quick, experienced service.
