The business is owned by Wayan and his father. Wayan speaks great English, he is a great chef, is informative and funny. We had a wonderful time learning how to prepare authentic Balinese food which we them sat down and ate. Highly recommend this activity, it will inspire you to do better in the kitchen when you get home
