We were looking for information about traditional dance shows and we got a detailed list of them with prices. They also didn't try hard to sell us any service as in a commercial tourist information. However, this kind of things should be online so we wouldn't have to go to the office. They seem to have a little bit of a mess there but hopefully they will give you information you need.

I went there just to change my dollars into local currency as I saw there was a counter for it. Quite fast and I guess it's legit. No problem with it. Didn't ask for any info from the counter.

Supposed to be open but actually closed. Supposed to transport people to dance in Peliatan -- a service offered for a long time-- but noone is even here.

We booked a show for saturday mid june for 9 persons (about 80 dollars). But the show was canceled. We learned it 1 hour before by our driver who has a friend in the show. We went at the office, the man at the counter told me that I would get arefund (he got the acounting at phone). So far I didn't see the refund on my bank account despite the emails I received, it was more than a month ago. Since the 1st of july, no one answers my email anymore. I enjoyed so much Bali, I'm very disappointed by the service of Fabulous Ubud...

I don't know if they are actually a scam, or just unreliable and incompetent. I booked online and didn't have any ticket for the show, at least I could get a partial refund.

I'm really dissapointed with the ubud information call center. They end up my phone straight after they dont know about information that I need, while I'm still talking.
