Amazing place. When you’re walking in the rice terraces Nyoman stops you and offers a fresh coconut for 10k you drink it and then he cuts the coconut for eating it. The cheapest find in the island and also the best one. He has also place for seating and he shows his plants like citronella exc. Very nice and interesting person. A lot of people don’t stop here you should absolutely stop!! P.S He sells also coconut oil
Go check it out and get surprised by him and his sweet coconuts. He’s a local farmer that has been farming the local land for over 15 years! He’s offering coconut oils that he produces himself and it’s just a chill vibe where you can sit, watch over the fields and chat with him!
When I was walking there, He talked to me from rice fields. He offered a coconut for 15K. He told me that fresh coconuts are sweet, I didn’t know that. He takes some coconuts from trees every morning, so his coconut is very sweet!
The nicest coconut man ever. We had two yellow/gold coconuts that were absolutely huge, with the sweetest coconut water we've ever tasted. After we were done with the water, Nyoman cracked the coconuts open and we enjoyed the thick flesh, it was sooooo good. We're so glad we stopped.
Amazingly fresh coconuts from a lovely man. Nyoman has a seating area with an amazing view for you to enjoy your coconut where he will also enlighten you about the fresh herbs that grow nearby. Once you’ve had the juice he will also open it of you like to enjoy the fresh coconut meat inside. Well worth a visit!!
Have a fresh coconut and learn more about the life of Nyoman, a kind of 67-year-old superhero, friendly and courageous, working in the rice fields everyday to feed his family. Try also the coconut oil made by his wife!
Great to sit and talk with Nyoman, he has farmed this area all his life and is knowledgeable about the plants and fauna here.
