Beautiful island and beautiful view from yacht, also beautiful view inside the sea. Good place, good food, good service. We enjoy and comfortable at this resort.

We rented a boat to snorkle and visit the Tabuhan and Menjangan Island.. we stopped at the Menjangan Island to had our lunch. Its kind of mixed feelings here.. the coastline is dirty white sandy beach with still-rather-clear blue water. It is concerning to see the ammount of trash in the water along the coastline. We can see some work done by the ranger there, a few piles of trash taken out from the water, but still probably its a never-ending work for those poor park rangers. On the other hand, you can also walk a serene long walk heading to the Pure Menjangan. Along the path you can see the deer (Menjangan) grazing in the field and look at you curiously. It was a beautiful walk. Other than that, there is really nothing much you can do. Snorkling is not the best thing this area can offer. I still can see the ruins of once-beautiful-corals at this area, but with the water quality index plummeting with those trash everywhere in the water, what to expect? There is still some colorful beautiful corals there, but its sadly dying.. unless there is an action taken, then we can kiss those corals goodbye in a few years from now.

Probably my most loved day spent in Bali - and I loved them all. Snorkelling the beautiful coral reef from a lovely, peaceful island completely devoid of any sort of commerce is an experience that will stay with me always.
