I love this place. For Singapore dollars 30 you can enjoy hair-hands-legs treatment, cool. Very relaxing. It is usually very pack especially weekends so pre booking is required best of you can call them directly to book. Somehow I email them no respond at all. This spa is in safe zone , beside Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, so you should live within this area otherwise your safety can be in dangerous. I was almost rob before so I know it’s not save in Batam. Enjoying the nice spa, try to stay safe too. Many pick pockets so be careful. This spa price is good not too expensive, staffs are nice and friendly. They earn by splitting no monthly salary so tipping can make the staff service you better if you are looking to be their regular. They serve very delicious thick hot ginger tea, amazing. So pamper. Yesterday I went to this place to cut my hair, it was really very bad, the girl's hair, only cut 7 times, the hair is completely destroyed and before consumption immediately charged, the most important is after the flush, the hair is still dripping, this shop is terrible. Very terrible and very expensive. Sucks.
The outlet we went is next to Grand Batam. A couple of us tried the Nagoya Hill branch before and find service not bad. But was a great disappointment with outlet next to Grand Batam. We chosen 4 in 1 package and paid extra for additional 30 min massage, which give a total of 1.5 hour of massage. Yes, we do find it a good deal especially the menu stated that FREE ear candling come free. In the end, the ear candling was not done. Front desk lady said that the free ear candling is optional upon request. If we want, we have to inform the therapist ourselves. If this is the case, then it shouldn’t be reflect in the menu that it comes free with every all in package. And worst is if we want ear candling, it would need to eat into the additional 30 min which we paid for. She makes the whole issue that it is our mistake that we didn’t request. Eventually, we decide not to pursue the matter and she did apology and say next time she will make sure it will be included. But I will not give this spa a next time with such level of services. State your clauses in the menu properly and stop making your customers look stupid.
We had a lovely time at the spa. The staff were very knowledgable of thw products used, friendly amd attentive to our needs. The staff who did my Hair Spa treatment is very good, especially when giving me the head massage. It was heavenly. The next day I decided to colour my hair. The staff who attended to me was not only knowledgable but did the colouring very well!. I am super impressed. Will definitely come here again.

Wonderful 2 hrs aroma touch massage. Our group of 3 all agreed the skill of our therapists are really good. I paid 10k extra for a couple room. Its nice to have this option though the room at this outlet is a kind of run down and not so peaceful from the shopping mall music and announcement. Also did a haircut and its really quick and good to hv a hair wash and blow after a massage. Already planning a return trip XD
My to go place every time I visited Nagoya. Staffs here are friendly! 5 stars service! Viki and team did a good job. Highly recommended! Never fail to put a smile on my face.
Massage was very professional and good. Survey to find out focus areas and pre existing conditions to start. Well trained and polite masseuse. Definitely recommend to book earlier! Pick up for group is complimentary but I could not communicate over the phone. Wish could have private rooms instead of curtains separating guests.
