Open food court on the edge of the "beach". There were lots of sellers who offered different menus. I like the seating here, although it was rather difficult to find a clean one from sand dust. Overall, the foods I ordered didn't make me regret, and of course I bought them at a pretty cheap price. Love the sunset though.

Well known street food in Balikpapan in Melawai Beach Area. Costing little money. Good place to hangout with friends. Recommended menus, Jagung bakar, Pisang Gapit.

Amazing family food court, so much Varian on food and dessert. The only minus is so much homeless walking around begging money

It's just really nice to dine by the sea and also has variety of dishes which we can try. My favorite so far is Pecel Ayam but please be aware that the prices are usually twice higher than other places

dont ever miss to visit this place in night so many food sells here you must try pisang gapit(grilled banan with sweat sauce) and sekoteng(ginger soup with so many stuff) you can enjoy grilled corn
