Worst experience to imagine - I was in the shop feeling rushed to complete the purchase prior closing at 8pm; it is 7.49pm and the sales ladies prompt me to decide; I chose two items; one discounted and complete the sales transaction; at that moment my wife joins and informs me that our child already has one of the toys. I asked if I can please change to another one? Or to top up even to turn my mistake. No help; only response it is a discounted item and you cannot exchange - such a pity - this service during these times....

One of the places I avoid when hanging around with my kid, because I always end up buying things to make him leave lol. They don't have proper display, but surely can make products so eye catching. It's rather tight on space, and a bit less comfy when busy. Nice Carter's collection around the corner. Friendly service.

Broken toy... 500k I just realized when I made it home... nobody can come to my place to replace. I live far. Mainan rusak ... 500k Saya baru menyadari ketika saya berhasil pulang ... tidak ada yang bisa datang ke tempat saya untuk menggantikan. Saya tinggal jauh.
