Authentic Balinese food with quality service. There's an open kitchen so you can actually choose to sit indoor to watch them cook. I've picked outdoor though because at night the weather is pretty pleasant and you can enjoy the breeze. All dishes are pretty good and you can ask for less spicy if you want.
Chef Chris has a fantastic personality, and is very lively and fun to spend time with. The food we made was probably the best food that we ate while in Bali. I definitely recommend doing the class and having a memorable experience with Chef Chris! My only suggestion for improving the class is: I believe it would be more tasteful to include a glass of wine or a beer when you eat the food at the end without charging you more money for one.
Chef Kris and his team at the Balinese Cooking Academy at the Four Seasons were absolutely amazing. From the market tour to the cooking school and the amazing meal that followed - everything was excellent! A very fun and highly entertaining day that I'd strongly recommend for anyone who loves food and wants to learn more about the distinct Balinese style of cooking and the importance of food in the Balinese culture. Thanks so much for a fantastic day Chef Kris.

フォーシーズンズに泊まって、バリ料理の調理体験をしました。現地の市場にもいって、その後、料理を作るのですが、シェフも陽気な方で楽しかったです。また、どういう食べ物があるか分かるようににるので、翌日の食事もインドネシア料理の見方が変わって楽しめるようになります。
