Fantastic place with great rooms and beds, cold aircon, room service, massages on point, the wrap around pool is such a classy and fancy touch *instagram ready*, we will go back most likely although I must say we only went because it was on Groupon. It is a far drive to the rest of Bali, so either find yourself a nice cabbie you can trust and rely on or plan to just stay in the resort and go to the local mall the Bali Collective. Great street vendors with best prices are on the way to the Bali Collective. I would only give it four stars as it was so far away from the rest of Bali but it’s well worth it and that’s not their fault obviously. If you do do the Groupon deal, you can switch the drink and other vouchers to beers or sofas or coffee or whatever, just as they are very accomodating. Final word, that infinity pool is a beautiful view of straight jungle.

Love this place nice, clean and kind staff
My husband and me stayed here for five days and we were taken back with the amazing hospitality and awesome service. Devi, Teddy, Komang & rest took very good care of us and we were touched by their warmth...The resort has an amazing lagoon pool just right in front of your room with the perfect sky view. Would definitely recommend our fellow friends as well
Me and my wife planned our first international trip to Bali on our second anniversary and booked Agata resort through luxury escapes... I must say each and every penny was worth we stayed here for 6 days and had an amazing stay with great hospitality & service. The staff here well mannered , professional & ethical i would personally recommend everyone to stay here & experience it on our own ... Looking frwd to soon visit again for some more luxury .....

Great resort. Stayed for 7 nights. Package included return airport transfers. Reception open 247. Staff are very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom layout was weird as it was very open so difficult to get dressed in private after showering. Not enough towel hooks. Rooms had hair dryers, shower gel, shampoo, flimsy toilet paper, bar fridge, stove, cutlery, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Daily housekeeping but at times they were a bit slow in making up rooms. They also had turn down service. They need bars of soap for washing hands. Pool was fantastic. They have beach towels as well. Bring insect repellent but they fumigate which helps. Sky Club food was excellent. They have air conditioning for the rooms. Our power kept going out the first couple of days which was annoying. Try not to overload the power outlets. Bring adaptors for charging devices. There is a universal point in the bathroom. I don't think they changed the bedsheets for the week we were there. They serve meals in the room upon request. Their breakfast menu was very heavy and needed a healthy cereal option. The Gado Gado and Nasi Goreng were my favourite dishes. The soups were excellent and my favourite was the Soto Ayam.
